Coddect is building an AI-native platform designed to structure and analyze due diligence data.

We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to help design and build the intelligence layer powering the next generation of due diligence workflows.

You will work directly with the founders to develop systems that transform unstructured deal documentation into structured insights.

What you'll work on

• Document intelligence and extraction pipelines
• LLM-powered analysis workflows
• Knowledge graph and entity linking across deal data
• Correlation of internal documentation with external signals
• Building scalable AI infrastructure for transaction intelligence

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with Python and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with LLM systems and prompt engineering
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Interest in financial data, market intelligence or M&A workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-moving early-stage environment

Nice to have

• Experience with document processing systems
• Knowledge graphs or semantic search
• Experience with financial or market data

Location

Full Remote, Europe or Singapore mandatory
