He began working with John-Guy at Homadata, where he was part of the early team building data platforms for real-estate professionals and institutional investors. During the company’s acquisition by Wüest Partner, he experienced a full M&A due diligence process from the inside, an experience that revealed how fragmented and opaque these workflows often remain. He later joined Yassir, a Y Combinator-backed mobility and super-app platform serving over 6 million users across 7 countries, where he worked as Product Design Manager and led a team of designers within a fast-growing organization of more than 450 employees. At Coddect, Wassim leads company vision, product strategy and go-to-market, focusing on building a platform that brings greater structure, clarity and intelligence to complex due diligence workflows.
