Coddect is developing an AI-powered platform designed to structure and analyze due diligence data for advisory firms, investors and companies preparing transactions.
Enable faster, more reliable and more transparent due diligence.
Our mission
Due diligence remains one of the most critical yet fragmented processes in finance and M&A.
Advisory teams often work with large volumes of unstructured documents, fragmented data sources and manual analysis workflows.
Coddect aims to transform this process by structuring documentation, detecting risks and correlating internal deal data with external signals.
Our vision
We believe due diligence should evolve from manual document review toward structured, data-driven analysis.
By combining document intelligence, external signals and market data, Coddect provides a new layer of infrastructure designed for modern transaction workflows.

Co-founder & CEO
Wassim is a product leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience designing digital platforms used by millions of users across multiple markets. He began working with John-Guy at Homadata, where he was part of the early team building data platforms for real-estate professionals and institutional investors. During the company’s acquisition by Wüest Partner, he experienced a full M&A due diligence process from the inside, an experience that revealed how fragmented and opaque these workflows often remain. He later joined Yassir, a Y Combinator-backed mobility and super-app platform serving over 6 million users across 7 countries, where he worked as Product Design Manager and led a team of designers within a fast-growing organization of more than 450 employees. At Coddect, Wassim leads company vision, product strategy and go-to-market, focusing on building a platform that brings greater structure, clarity and intelligence to complex due diligence workflows.
