Coddect is building tools designed to transform how due diligence is conducted.

We are looking for a Deal Intelligence Analyst to help shape the analytical layer of the platform by structuring market signals, comparable transactions and competitive intelligence.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, research and AI-powered analysis.

What you'll work on

• Researching comparable transactions and valuation benchmarks
• Structuring competitive landscapes across industries
• Mapping regulatory and market signals relevant to deals
• Helping design the analytical frameworks used inside the platform
• Supporting the development of intelligence modules for due diligence

Nice to have

• Experience in advisory firms or transaction services
• Knowledge of financial data platforms (PitchBook, Capital IQ, etc.)

Location

Full Remote, Europe or Singapore based mandatory
